Tracking Your Order

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed, please allow 48 hours after the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your front desk before reaching out.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the planner is unused and in original condition
