Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will typically be processed the same day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers through Shopify to offer the following shipping methods:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary by location but typically takes 7-21 business days

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country


Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your package ships.

  • You can track your shipment via our confirmation email or directly through the carrier’s website.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed, please allow 48 hours after the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your front desk before reaching out.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the planner is unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
